Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Rad Day (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the App - no hard feelings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We'll always revise the date above when that happens.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rad Day. If you're under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the App you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.

Rad Day is a freemium app. A meaningful core experience is available at no cost. Rad Day Pro is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks additional features.

The specific features included in the free tier and in Rad Day Pro may change over time as the app evolves. Current feature availability is always shown within the App. We will provide reasonable notice before any change that removes access to a feature you are actively using.

Rad Day Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, and for a limited group of users - as a one-time lifetime purchase. Pricing is always shown in the App at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless your App Store or Play Store account is set to a different currency.

All payments are processed exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Whenable LLC does not collect, store, or process payment card information directly.

Auto-Renewal

• Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• Your payment method is charged within 24 hours before the renewal date
• To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date

How to Cancel

• iOS / iPadOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Rad Day → Cancel Subscription. Or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Rad Day → Cancel
• Cancelling stops future renewals. You retain access to Rad Day Pro features until the end of the current paid period

Free Trials

• If a free trial is offered, it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends
• Cancel at any time during the trial to avoid any charge

Lifetime Purchase

• A one-time lifetime purchase grants access to Rad Day Pro features for the lifetime of the App with no recurring charges
• Lifetime access is tied to your App Store or Play Store account and can be restored on any device using the same account

Refunds

• All purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective refund policies
• To request a refund on iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• To request a refund on Android, visit the Google Play Help Center or open the Google Play app, find your order, and select "Request a refund"
• Whenable LLC does not issue refunds directly; all refund decisions are made by Apple or Google in accordance with their store policies

Your goals, journal entries, and mood logs are yours. You retain full ownership of any content you create in Rad Day. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license only to store and display that content back to you as part of the service.

We will never sell your personal content, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

We trust you to use Rad Day for lawful, rad purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the App
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code

Everything in Rad Day that isn't your personal content - the design, code, branding, copy, features, and overall vibe - belongs to us. You're licensed to use the App, not own it.

The Rad Day name, logo, and associated trademarks are our property. Please don't use them without written permission.

Rad Day is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate at all times.

Rad Day is a productivity and wellness tool - it is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or fitness advice. If you're dealing with something serious, please talk to a qualified professional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whenable LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App - including loss of data or loss of goals. Hey, back up your streaks mentally, okay?

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $10, whichever is greater).

You can stop using Rad Day and delete your account at any time from the app settings. We'll remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Apple App Store and Google Play Store rules.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of California where Whenable LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation, except where prohibited by law.
